Noba Bayarsaikhan—Face of Easy Way

Noba Bayarsaikhan is a Mongolian actor and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Acting for Film from the New York Film Academy and is a professionally trained film actor.

He is the CEO of Asia’s Finest Entertainment, a leading cultural entertainment agency producing concerts, community events, and exclusive showcases for Mongolian audiences across the U.S. The company proudly pioneered one of the first official Mongolian artist tours under a legally approved USCIS artist visa and is dedicated to delivering high-quality events that celebrate Mongolian identity, music, and heritage — bridging culture and community through world-class entertainment.

Noba also serves as the Talent Development Director of Easy Way Talent Studio, where he also oversees international partnerships and collaborations.

His recent lead role in the hit Mongolian TV drama “Orlon Toglogch” (The Substitute) brought him widespread recognition as a voice of the new generation in Mongolian cinema and showcased his versatility as an actor. Noba has since become one of the most influential modern creatives representing Mongolian talent on the international stage.
